The location suited my needs. I found many restaurants nearby. The hotel team prepared my room early following my request. The east-facing room on the 7th floor had a nice view of the neighborhood.
the receptionist was rude when i checked in. they kept adding expenses. the final amount was much more than expected. i found this disappointing.

The hotel provides a suite with a separate bedroom. It also has a balcony. The location is perfect. I found the kitchen fully furnished. Ahmed at the front desk was kind. His customer service elevated my experience.
Curtains did not shut all the way. It was impossible to block out the spotlights illuminating the facade of the hotel.

The location felt very romantic. i could walk easily to many main attractions. the suite was good. All appliances were working well. the washing machine was a great bonus for us.
I found the air conditioner only worked in the bedroom. It didn't reach the living area. i found the room quite adequate, but i felt it was not a good value for the money i paid.
