Really good Location and Suite Amenities
central location dining options comfortable suite
The views were nice, I liked them a lot.
Elevators were occasionally slow, which sometimes caused minor delays. Parking incurred an extra charge and was challenging at times.

great suite experience
full kitchen safe location pleasant staff
I appreciated the full kitchen and the included washer and dryer. It was convenient. the location worked well, with proximity to shops and restaurants, and i felt safe. the staff member at the front desk was pleasant, and check-in was seamless. the suite was a city view suite with 1 queen bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a balcony.
The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't great, and it took a couple of days for someone to look at it. They couldn't fix it.

The city view suite included a queen bed and a sofa bed. A kitchen with a stove, a refrigerator, and a microwave was very useful. a balcony provided external access to the surrounding cityscape. A washing machine and dryer were available.

Multiple restaurants and cafes were within a short walk of the building. Several offered outdoor seating. the lobby coffee shop had pastries. An extensive menu included several breakfast options, and a full service bar was available.
Facilities

The indoor pool was accessible from 7 am to 10 pm daily. I saw at least ten lounge chairs around it. a fitness center provided three treadmills. It also had several weight machines, and the business center offered printing services.

Acceptable stay, some drawbacks
great view convenient location early preparation rude staff extra expenses higher cost
The location suited my needs. I found many restaurants nearby. The hotel team prepared my room early following my request. The east-facing room on the 7th floor had a nice view of the neighborhood.
the receptionist was rude when i checked in. they kept adding expenses. the final amount was much more than expected. i found this disappointing.

separate bedroom furnished kitchen
The hotel provides a suite with a separate bedroom. It also has a balcony. The location is perfect. I found the kitchen fully furnished. Ahmed at the front desk was kind. His customer service elevated my experience.
Curtains did not shut all the way. It was impossible to block out the spotlights illuminating the facade of the hotel.

romantic location main attractions working appliance bedroom air conditioner elevator service inadequate value
The location felt very romantic. i could walk easily to many main attractions. the suite was good. All appliances were working well. the washing machine was a great bonus for us.
I found the air conditioner only worked in the bedroom. It didn't reach the living area. one of the three elevators wasn't working. i had to wait about 10 minutes for a lift on our floor. i found the room quite adequate, but i felt it was not a good value for the money i paid.
